Privacy Policy

Everything in this section reaches us only because you typed it into a form and submitted it. You can browse the entire site without giving us anything.

Contact and interest forms. Name, email address, phone number, the type of client you are, your budget or price range, preferred area, timeline, and any message you write.

Home valuation requests. The property address, city, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, condition and your selling timeline.

Investor and pre-construction inquiries. Investment type and goal, experience level, budget range, preferred project and unit type.

Buyer qualification. If we send you a personal qualification link, the form asks about bedrooms, budget, financing status and pre-approval, your motivation and timeline, how and when you prefer to be contacted, and — optionally — the day and month of your birthday so Jordan can send you a greeting. We do not ask for the year.

Rental applications. This is the most detailed form on the site and it is entirely optional. It asks for your date of birth, current address and housing status, monthly payment, employer with their address and phone, position, employment type and length, annual income, number of occupants, pets, an emergency contact, a reference, and equivalent details for a co-applicant if you have one.

We do not collect Social Security numbers. Any credit or background screening is performed separately by a screening service, not through this website.

When you submit a form, we record the IP address and browser user-agent string that accompanied the submission. We use these to detect and block automated spam, and for no other purpose.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is a privacy-friendly, aggregate measurement tool: it does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites.

This website does not set any cookies of its own on public pages.

We do store three small values in your own browser, which never leave your device except where noted: your language preference, so the site stays in the language you chose; a note that you have already seen a pop-up, so it does not appear again; and, if you arrived from a campaign link, the campaign source, kept only until you close the tab and attached to your message if you later submit a form, so we know where you found us.

You can clear these at any time through your browser’s settings for this site.

Third parties described below — in particular Google — may set their own cookies. Those are governed by their policies, not ours.

This site participates in Google AdSense. Advertising may not appear on every page, and we do not place advertising on pages whose purpose is to help you contact Jordan.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info, and learn how Google handles data in its products at Google’s partner sites policy.

Where required, a consent message managed through Google is shown before personalised advertising cookies are used. Your choice there controls whether the advertising you see is personalised or non-personalised. You can reopen that message to change your answer at any time.

To answer you and continue the conversation you started. To understand what you are looking for so the properties and guidance we send are relevant. To arrange and confirm appointments. To send you follow-up emails, market guides and occasional greetings, which you can stop at any time. To keep records of our dealings with you. And to keep the site working and free of automated abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What you submit is stored in a private customer relationship management system used only by Jordan Padierne and authorised staff. There we may add notes, tasks, reminders and a record of our conversations, so nothing about your search gets lost between calls.

Automated evaluation. When you complete a qualification form, your answers may be sent to an artificial-intelligence service — Google’s Gemini API or Anthropic’s Claude API — which summarises what you are looking for and suggests what Jordan should do next. This helps him prepare before he calls you. These summaries are suggestions for a person, not automated decisions that affect your rights, and a human always reads them.

We share information with a small number of providers, only so the site can function:

• Supabase — hosts the database where submissions and CRM records are stored.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides aggregate analytics.
• Resend — delivers the emails we send you.
• Google — Calendar and Meet, when you book an appointment; AdSense, for advertising; and the Gemini API, as described above.
• Anthropic — the Claude API, as described above.

If you book a video appointment, a calendar invitation is created and sent to the email address you provided, which means your email address and the meeting details are processed by Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people involved.

Jordan Padierne is a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty. Where a transaction requires it, information may be shared with the parties normally involved in a real estate transaction — for example a brokerage, lender, title company or screening service.

We keep the information you send for as long as it is useful to the relationship you started with us, and afterwards where a record is needed for legal, tax or professional obligations.

One exception is automatic: if you begin a form but never confirm your email address, that unconfirmed record expires and is deleted on its own.

If you would like your information removed sooner, write to us and we will do it.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The administration area is protected by authentication and is closed to search engines. Access to the CRM is limited to Jordan Padierne and authorised staff.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If something goes wrong, we would rather tell you than pretend it did not.

Emails. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click stops the follow-up sequence.

Advertising. Use the Google links above to control personalised advertising, or reopen the consent message on this site.

Your information. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@jordanpadierne.com and tell us what you want done. We will confirm your identity before acting, so that nobody else can make that request on your behalf.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights over your information. If you believe you have such rights, contact us and we will work through your request with you.

This site is intended for adults looking for real estate services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to and embeds content from other services, including YouTube videos, Jordan’s profiles on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for messaging. Once you follow one of those links or play an embedded video, that service handles your information under its own privacy policy, not this one.

If what we do with information changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained here rather than buried.
